Interference

There is a profound quote from the Developer of Chiropractic, B. J. Palmer, which I’d like to share with you:

“Nature needs no help, just no interference.”

Generally, ‘nature’ and ‘humans’ are referred to as separate entities, yet we are as much a part of nature as flowers, trees, wildlife etc. Being a part of nature means that the laws that apply to nature apply to us.

There is an inborn intelligence within all of nature. It knows what to do to have a balanced and thriving existence. For example, a tiny acorn doesn’t need any help to grow into a magnificent oak tree; it needs no help, just no interference.

The same intelligence that flows within the acorn, flows within us.

Humans innately know what is needed to express life fully; our ancestors have been doing it for hundreds of thousands of years. However, today, we generally have a lot of interference in our lives: polluted air, unnatural processed food and drinks, not enough sunlight, to name just a few.

What would happen to the acorn if it was expected to grow and thrive under these conditions…?

Recognising and reducing interference in our lives allows us to express life more fully; less stress, suffering and dis-ease, more health, ease and happiness.
