We understand that there is more to being healthy than just the absence of pain or symptoms.
A clear and connected nervous system (the system which coordinates everything in your body) allows the whole body to work with greater ease. We care for you as a whole, not just your symptoms.
We won’t ‘crack’ your bones… or ‘break’ them either!
The clicking or popping noises that can occur during an adjustment are nothing to worry about. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not your bones ‘cracking’ or ‘breaking’; it is simply air bubbles being released from the joint during the movement. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t; the noise doesn’t determine the efficacy of the adjustment.
You can stop care whenever, this decision is and always will be yours
You are in control of your care. We will make suggestions based on the best of our knowledge but the decision is ultimately yours. You may decide care isn't right for you, you may decide to stop care once your symptoms are relieved, you may decide to visit once every two months. Whatever it is, we will respect your decisions, always.
You can pay whatever you are comfortable with, seriously, no catch
From experience, we know that money can sometimes be a barrier to care, therefore, we have our standard fees but we would never expect you to pay anything you’re not comfortable with, genuinely. Everyone's financial situation is different; we are always keen and open to discuss a cost solution suitable for you.
Everyone and anyone can come for care, age really is just a number
Care at our practice is safe, gentle, and effective; whether you’re 9 days old or 90 years old and regardless of your health situation.

STARTING YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
Your First Visit:
This session consists of a chat, a check and hands-on care.
During the chat, Joe will talk with you about what has brought you to the practice, any relevant past and current health circumstances, and what you would like to achieve whilst under care.
Joe will then do a thorough check of your spine, posture and any areas of your body you’d like him to check over.
With all this information, Joe can then formulate your tailored care plan to support you best in reaching your desired state of health. Your care plan is the path you and Joe will take together on your healing journey. Your care plan is based on the average time it takes for someone in your situation to reach their health goals. However, you are not average… you are an individual, and Joe will care for you as one. Your path may have bumps along the way and may be smooth in other parts; Joe will continue to monitor it throughout your journey with us, and at specific ‘re-check’ sessions, and always tailor care to your needs.
If everything is okay to proceed, you'll receive your first adjustment (hands-on-care) which will complete your First Visit session.
FEES
These are our standard fees, however, we offer a
pay-what-you-are-comfortable-with service
on Regular Visits.
